Does Callsy require a new phone number?
You get a Callsy number with every plan, and you can forward your existing number to it.
Can Callsy book appointments?
Yes. It checks your real availability and books through your connected booking system.
What happens when the AI can't answer?
Callsy transfers the call to your team or takes a voicemail, based on your settings.
When am I charged?
Your card is saved at signup and first charged when your 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged.
What if I use more minutes?
Extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate on your next invoice.
